We start by asking how you live in the house — not which products you want. Rooms, routines, frustrations, who else has to be able to use it.

Design
You get a written system design: what goes where, why it was chosen, what it does, and what it costs. Line by line.

Installation
Clean, documented, on schedule. Drop cloths down, shoes off, the site left tidy every single evening.

Handover
We do not leave until the household can use it. Everyone gets shown, not just whoever signed the contract.

Support
The service plan starts. We monitor the system remotely and fix most faults before you have noticed them.
Installation day is the easy part.
These are people who have lived with the system for a while, which is the only opinion worth much.
The part I did not expect was the handover. They sat with my wife and both kids until everyone could actually work it. Nobody has asked me how to turn the television on since.
We had four different companies in here over six years and none of them would take responsibility for anything. Now there is one number. That alone was worth it.
They found and fixed a failing access point before I noticed anything was wrong. I got an email telling me it had already been dealt with. That is the whole pitch, and it turned out to be true.
