No. A dedicated room gives you the most control, but the majority of what we build lives in ordinary living rooms and basements. The design changes; the standard does not.
Usually, yes. We will tell you honestly if a component is holding the rest of the system back, and what it would take to fix it, before you spend anything.
That is what the service plan is for. Firmware, app and platform changes are handled remotely, generally before you notice them.
