Conversation
We start by asking how you live in the house — not which products you want. Rooms, routines, frustrations, who else has to be able to use it.
No charge, no pressure, and no proposal at this stage. If what you want does not need us, we will say so.

Design
You get a written system design: what goes where, why it was chosen, what it does, and what it costs. Line by line.
Everything is itemised. You can remove a room, change a tier, or phase the work across two years, and see exactly what that changes.

Installation
Clean, documented, on schedule. Drop cloths down, shoes off, the site left tidy every single evening.
We coordinate directly with builders, electricians and designers so nobody is waiting on anybody, and rough-in happens at the right stage.

Handover
We do not leave until the household can use it. Everyone gets shown, not just whoever signed the contract.
You receive documentation of the whole system: what is where, how it is wired, and every credential — yours to keep.

Support
The service plan starts. We monitor the system remotely and fix most faults before you have noticed them.
This is the part most integrators treat as an afterthought. It is the reason we exist as a subscription business.
What it is like having us in the house.
This is the part nobody puts on a website, and the part every homeowner is quietly worried about.
