Service plans

Support is the whole point.

Anyone can install a system. Keeping it working through five years of firmware updates, app rewrites and provider changes is the actual job.

Plans start at
$59/month

Everything a connected home needs to keep working, without you chasing it.

  • Month to month — no contract.
  • Priced to the system once we have seen it.
  • Equipment and installation quoted separately, itemised line by line.

What a plan covers

  • Remote system monitoring, 24/7
  • Firmware and app updates managed for you
  • Unlimited remote support during business hours
  • On-site service visits
  • Network health checks and tuning
  • Priority scheduling over non-members
  • Manufacturer warranty handled by us, not you
  • Annual system review and tune

Larger or more complex homes are quoted above the starting figure. We will tell you which side of that line you are on before you commit to anything.

Plan questions

The things people actually ask.

If your question is not here, ask it — we would rather answer it now than after you have signed something.

Because the honest answer is that it depends on the house. Plans start at $59 a month and are quoted once we know what is actually in the system. We would rather tell you a real number than publish a tier that turns out not to fit.

Hardware itself, and new installation work. A plan covers the care of the system — monitoring, updates, support, visits and warranty handling. Adding a new room or replacing failed equipment is quoted separately, at a member rate.

Plans are month to month. If we are not earning it, you should be able to stop paying for it without an argument.

No. It is strongly recommended and almost every client takes one, but you can decline it and pay for support at standard hourly rates instead.

Any time we come to the house for something covered — a fault, a tune, a device that will not behave, or walking a new household member through the system. Visits for new installation work are project work, not service.

Tell us what is in the house.

We will come back with a real number rather than a tier, and we will tell you honestly when the answer is the cheapest one.
